1. Refund Eligibility

The flowers arrived damaged or in poor condition.
The wrong item was delivered.
The order was not delivered within the scheduled delivery timeframe due to our fault.
The order was canceled before processing.
Non-Refundable Situations:
Change of mind after the order has been prepared or delivered.
Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Failure to receive the delivery due to the recipient being unavailable.
Delays caused by natural disasters or unforeseen events beyond our control.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
3. Replacements & Exchanges
If your flowers arrived in poor condition, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost. Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery will be eligible for a full refund.
Orders canceled within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund if preparation has begun.
