Same-Day Delivery (Davao Region)
We offer Same-Day Delivery within the Davao Region for orders placed before 2:00 PM. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.
For deliveries outside these areas, please contact us at ivyswildflower@gmail.com before placing an order.
Delivery Fees
Orders below ₱5,000 will have a standard delivery fee based on location.
Exact fees will be calculated at checkout.
Special Delivery Requests
If you have a preferred delivery time or any special instructions, please add them in the order notes at checkout. While we strive to accommodate requests, specific time guarantees may not always be possible.
Order Processing & Cutoff Times
Orders are processed daily from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered the next business day (unless otherwise arranged).
We do not process deliveries on major holidays unless stated in advance.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
Customers must ensure that the recipient is available at the provided address during the estimated delivery window.
If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to leave the order in a safe place or with a third party (e.g., receptionist or neighbor). If neither option is possible, re-delivery charges may apply.
Once delivered, Ivy's Wildflowers is not responsible for any damages or delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, traffic, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
International & Nationwide Shipping
At this time, we only deliver within the Davao Region. We do not offer nationwide or international shipping.
